The Georgetown Film Festival is a registered not-for-profit working to promote film in Guyana and the Caribbean. We produce, distribute, screen films, and also work to build capacity locally via our yearly workshops. Our work has been shown in over 40 countries worldwide and still counting. In addition to our workshops, we host monthly movie screenings at the Herdmanston Lodge Hotel as well as our annual festival of films in August.
